These guys are the best. I dealt with Li and he is a fantastic guy. At some point there was a glitch with the Touareg propshaft in terms of length (diesel vs petrol one) and he send us the correct one and told us to keep the longer one at no charge. Unheard of with most suppliers. My mechanic is impressed with Li. He wants all his orders via Li.
